Could use some better mannered staff and better location
Nice and friendly experience. Quick service and clean dining area. Toilet was really stinky and hence 3 stars.
Really friendly staff and good service by helpful people. However even though there was someone diligently sweeping the floors, the tables weren't very clean throughout the whole eating area.
Chips were nice and fresh... and we were served promptly. However the grounds / parking was a little untidy. Apart from that, amazing customer service!
Waited a bit longer than expected but the food was fresh and tasted of quality. I submitted feedback and was rewarded with an offer of 3 chicken nuggets, which expire after a week. I was already back home, thousands of kilometres away from Warrigal when I received the email offering me the nuggets. With an expiry date of 7 days on claiming the nuggets, there's no real incentive to give feedback unless you live around the corner.
