Ordered RM boots online in early November and nothing said about not being in stock. When I called to find out when delivery was I was told they were made to order and would be delivered in December. December came and went, then I was told January, January came and went. Now Ive been told mid February so fingers crossed that after three and a half months I may just get my boots. Update: received call from Andrew at store following posting google review and apologised for poor handling of order. Boots now coming next week. Appreciated the call and apology as previous attempts to speak with manager failed to get passed front counter.
Very poor experience. Received an email (addressed to someone else) advising that the item I ordered was not in stock. After much back and forth, requesting a refund and slow email responses, it turns out the item was in fact available and was shipped a week later than it was supposed to. This store may have a good discount on RMs but similar prices can be found elsewhere. I believe the customer service and stock management need to be improved before this can be considered a reputable retailer of $500+ boots. Would not recommend.
Have brought many items of RM Williams from here in past, both in store and online, found the staff helpful and ensured I brought correct size boots (handy for boots I wear everyday for couple or more years) found online shop fast and efficient . Prices are always great. Nice having old fashioned service and nice to support this.
