  I can highly recommend Harvey Norman Warragul. We have shopped there for over 10 years but in recent months have made quite a few purchases. During these last few month we have consistently received amazing customer service and the positive attitude and friendliness of the staff was outstanding. The knowledge of products was great too! Through no fault of the store we have had to make a couple of returns for warranty - again the staff were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to rectify our problem.... Thanks to the team at Harvey Norman - we will be back

  We ordered an appliance..was told it would be there next day..we went to get it 1 day extra later..no one knew anything about it. Then was told it was there..went to collect it..it was in the back of the truck sent for deliveries..not to us..not good enough service. Get your act together if you want to support local!!

  Went everywhere looking for something that I should have been able to get ANYWHERE normally, to no avail. Did not expect to get the item here, went here for something else and found it so I was extremely happy as it was very important to me THANKS HARVEY NORMAN

  Very friendly sales staff with a great knowledge of the products they sell. Always helpful and take time to ensure I am buying the right item I was searching for. By far a better experience than buying online. Recomended highly.

  A generally good store with good services from the small electronic areas. Unfortunately, they don't stock many of the things I was after. They were happy to refer me to other potential stores that could help. If more people shop local, then our Regional stores could meet the needs and wants of the local people.
