We started with Vic St medical roughly 8 - 9 months ago whilst seeking a second opinion and have not looked back since. We have had maybe one or two extended wait times which was our very first visit and the gp in question was exceptionally busy as he was getting ready to switch clinics, the other due to an honest mistake around scheduling.I can honestly say we have not had cause to complain about the service at Vic St since we have started and that is an extremely rare occurrence for us as we tend to have a range of medical issues that need attending to quite often. However the doctors and staff have never been anything but supportive and efficient. If they haven't been able to deal with something in clinic or find a referral to someone local who can bulk bill to Medicare they have found a professional willing to bulk bill and telehealth consult through Skype. If the appointment has required physical attendance they have have taken note and told us they would call us later. This has always resulted in a callback telling us how and where we can be bulk billed for the appointment.This is one of the few times that I have felt an entire clinic is 100% dedicated to its patients well-being as a whole. From the gp's to the practice manager to the nurses to the staff on reception... all of them genuinely care about the well-being of their patients and will do whatever they can to ensure you receive the best and most affordable care possible.
Saw the doctor was told I wasn't welcome back as this wasn't my normal gp clinic.
