I have had only good experiences here... staff helpful and willing to show you alternative ideas for furniture that might fit a particular space or purpose... And knowledgable about what they had in stock and where and with strange items they were able to say what it was made for... only thing I would have liked was for it to be open yesterday when I went through to find a basic item....I will go back today though and try again... nothing but good service in my experience.
Very expensive overpriced stock that's low turnover. Arrogant staff that clearly have no hunger for success. Their prices are inconsistent & they do not honor a gentlemen's agreement. HAVE IT IN WRITING ....But even then MAKE SURE you are getting the item paid for and that you're not being mislead or cheated. Don't part with any monies UNTIL you can pay in full and item is ready to collect THERE IS NO TRUST or HONOR in this Mafia style protected, NIGHTMARE USED ITEM STORE
