so far great service no issue, would recommend.
Everyone was helpful as usual but it was a bit hot in the store.
Needed to buy some wooden fence pickets to make a gate.The staff where very helpful and the product was in great condition. I was at another store the other day and all the pickets where damaged.
Definitely not up to Bunnings usual crisp efficient customer service or store cleanliness. Ancient gentlemen, some quite rude, and unruly youth seem to be the main types of staff members. The young women in the store do their best and straightforward transactions are handled efficiently. But no-one seems to know where anything is and the whole place has an unkempt appearance.
The check out girls are nice. Sadly, no trolley bay near car park hence the staff member-- an old man at the gate, was not really helpful at all. He told me to return the trolley inside. I was just being nice, no arguing. I just then returned the trolley back inside. When I got back to car park I told him and pointed to the big tall white man left the trolley outside, yeah.. he didn't say anything....???????? "God bless me"!!
