Spent $16 drying towels in 2 batches, & they weren't dried! I complained to the girl & she just fobbed me off. I'm so sick of handing over my hard earned money to businesses that don't perform or care. I'M DONE!

Service is rubbish. Tried to get a suit dry cleaned by dropping in at 10:00 am Friday and not able to be ready by closing time Saturday. Whatever happened to 24 hour turnaround and same day service?? Dry cleaners in Berwick you can drop in by 0930 and pick up at 12 noon same day including Saturdays! Service delivery at Warragul Dry Cleaners is total rubbish.
