Short wait time and very helpful lady. Issue resolved.
The wait times here are so much better than other branches. I often choose to drive a bit further to Warragul instead of knowing that I'll be kept waiting for hours at other branches. They're also very friendly and helpful.

Congratulations VicRoads staff at the Warragul office. I have visited the North Road office on numerous occasions over the years and have always received excellent service. All the staff are a credit to VicRoads and should be congratulated on their work. Thank you all.
I dropped off here without the necessary appointment, I actually didn't know I needed one, and the staff member walked off to check with a colleague. Both called me a typical city guy, and said they'd be more than happy to fit me in the have trailer registered straight away. It was good friendly banter, rare with today's government departments, and just a huge positive to Warragul VicRoads.
