I have had enough of KFC in warragul when there is only one others car in drive through and they still put mayo on the burger and the manager had the balls to say they were flat out and picked the wrong burger. KFC don't care what they give you and the manager refused to bring me a replacement burger when it is there foult they gave me the wrong burger I don't want to wast my petrol going back to KFC. I think head office needs to do something about there staff.
Nice staff, reasonable food
I thought this one was good until today I got a twister that was not cooked at all.
EXTREMELY Slow Service, took 15 minutes just to put together 2 meals at 8pm on a quiet night. They always miss/forget items in my order like extra sauces THAT I PAID FOR, never get napkins or spoons or anything either. Always cold food, just shocking all over, the 15 year olds they hire and leave on their own are so under trained it's disgusting. Put a bit more effort into your training and maybe you'll have better reviews. Always terrible to come here.
Drive through service was absolutely disgusting. No checking of our order, no checking of how we wanted to pay, no thank you & get a look....... Approached another staff member & was informed we are trying time management.....really, there is always time for common courtesy.
