Had a frightening experience trying to process a passport application here. The staff member I dealt with (who was probably the manager, given the way the rest of the staff quivered in fear at her every move) was very rude and loud, clearly making an effort to ensure that everyone else in the store could hear her. When we eventually managed to get an alternative staff member to serve us, we even heard her making comments about us in the back room.To top it off, the initial passport application had to be re-done as the second staff member made a mistake when completing it. All of this turned what could have been a quick visit into a lengthy, difficult process.All in all an extremely disappointing experience.
The last two visits here I had great friendly service. Keep it up guys.
The many parcels I receive are from overseas, generally early and in good condition. I recommend the service and the staff are very helpful.
I wasn't very happy with the service I received here. I had only a few items to purchase and partway through serving me the cashier starts having a big chat with another staff member about an unrelated issue, this happens twice more while I'm standing there. There's no acknowledgement that I even exist, or an apology, or an excuse me. Or hey maybe serve me first and then have your big chat? I'm only buying three things. Seriously.
The staff need a pat on the back. This post office gets very busy and the staff are so friendly and never get frazzled. A great team of workers always willing to help
