Tonight I was informed our meal would be ready in '15 minutes', I arrived 5 minutes later to wait, yet it wasn't ready until almost 45 minutes from when I placed the order. Adding to the insult was that our meal sat in the kitchen so long that it was only lukewarm, and was only collected after I asked the waitress to check if it was out there. A waste of money, not a treat for my family, very unhappy. On multiple occasions we've waited well beyond the '15 minutes' we're told when placing our takeaway order, sometimes up to 90 minutes. Twice our order has missed items, each time causing half our meal to go cold while we return to the restaurant and wait for the missing items to be remade. Management have never apologised or acknowledged the inconvenience. Curries are always a hit and miss with their flavour too. We will now be travelling further and getting Thai from Drouin as it's more consistent cooking and reliable.
The food is pretty good here. The massaman is particularly delicious. The service got a bit light on as the evening wore on - we probably would have had more in terms of coffee and dessert had we had the opportunity to order.
The food was absolutely fabulous. Went there with my wife and kids. But the waiting staff were not at all friendly and even when commenting on how we enjoyed the meal were met with a blank expression. May have been an off night but put a downer on it night out. When your kids pick up on it you know it's obvious. But food was delish...
Best Thai restaurant I've been to. And I've been to a few. Excellent size serving with quality ingredients used. Entree, mains and a couple of drinks, around $70. Good value for really delicious food.
