The remodelling is nearly finished, but even at this stage we love the new Coles! The store seems much brighter and more inviting, and the fresh fruit and vegetables are better quality than they used to be. The in-store bakery is also a great additionwe spent about 10 minutes watching a lady make bread rolls and prepare them for baking, which left my other half free to shop in peace. My only complaint is that the registers are often very busy, but apart from that, super job!
