Went to purchase a property through alex Scott real estate Warragul. Offer was accepted by the vendor, paid a deposit, signed contracts. And then before the vendor could sign another offer was put in and we were told that our contract was void and they were selling to another buyer. We are very disappointed and just cant believe that they were still showing people through the property and taking offers even though the vendor had accepted our offer and we had signed the contracts.I wouldnt trust this real Estate and I would never deal with them again
Continuously given misinformation. Listed my house without speaking to me. Used outdated photos of my property. Spoken to rudely by property manager and accounts staff. Repairs were done without seeing an invoice.
