I was going to list with Vin Quirk but he wouldn't return calls or emails!After reading ratemyagent reviews, I contacted Harcourts and left two voicemails with John Rowe and Jason Lee.John Rowe was upset because I'd phoned him as well as Justin but Justin was first back to me so then John because dismissive. I don't care who gets the commission, but please be professional. Share it!Then Jason took weeks to get out to Buln Buln East from Warragul and then wouldn't give me a price guide after he said he'd been out there.Thank goodness I found CARMEN CHRISTIE at First National Warragul who listed he property quickly, marketed it extremely well and after negotiations with several buyers sold it for an excellent price solidly within the quoted price range.

I had several issues with the management of my property. The main issues being that the tenant performed ILLEGAL electrical work and the agent went on to argue with me about this rather than following the directive to simply send out a qualified electrician to supply an electrical safety report. The tenant also left empty gas bottles that the agent did not check at final inspection leaving the cost of this for the next tenant. The tenant did not honour a special conditions contract (that they requested) and the agents reply of too hard to recoup monies through VCAT. At no time did the property manager apologise or take responsibility. However, the most concerning issue is there appears to be no escalation process. I CC'd the CEO, asked for issues to be escalated and had no response. Do not lease your property with a company that does not follow an escalation process. They simply do not care.
