What an improvement! That cranky child hating woman doesn't seem to be there anymore (I hope). First time I have been back to EB Warragul in a couple of years and the staff were lovely to me and all the roaming children who can't help but touch all the cool stuff.Remember people, if you don't like children...Don't work in a video game store.
Staff here are great but When I went in there was some bogan complaining about nintendo Switch controllers because his kids had lost one or broken one or something. Made me very uncomfortable. 1 Star
Great staff! Good and friendly and up for a chat about games. Get some Staff there that just don't care about anything somedays. Had a few problems with preorders, had to wait a week or two long to get the game and so times they don't have the game I want to buy in there.
