Unhappy and overworked is the impression in the shop. Long wait times(more than an hour) even for a simple question. I will switch to another provider when the contract is up.

Terrible service, dodnt want to listen at all to what I wanted to say and got very angry with me, dodnt want to help. I have been shoved from that store to dealing with Telstra online and then Telstra ringing me to tell me to go into this store for them to tell me I was wrong, absolutely disgusted. I went over to the Optus store and swapped to them, great friendly and helpful service there
What an absolute waste of time, four staff members, doing nothing, one poor woman and daughter waiting, lm wanting to just pay the bill l have and then informed that will be anywhere from half an hour to a fourty five minute wait. We can take your name or take a seat to wait if you like. REALLY
